Tomato and Egg Soup

A heart-healthy dish packed with flavor.
Tomato contains lots of vitamins and minerals to maintain bodily functions. Tomato also has lycopene which is being studied for links to heart health. Onion has allyl sulfide to help clean the blood. Garlic contains allicin to reduce body fat, and antioxidants to support all kinds of healthy activity within the body.


  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 Whole Tomatoes (Canned Tomato)
  • 600cc (20.3 fl oz) Water
  • 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • Salt
  • 2 Eggs (Beaten Egg)


  • Mince garlic and onion
  • In a pan, heat some virgin olive oil
  • Add the garlic and onion, and stir fry them until they are translucent light brown
  • Add whole tomatoes, and crush them well frying
  • When they are soft ad begin falling apart, add 600cc (20.3 fl oz) of water
  • Bring it to boil
  • Season with light soy sauce and salt to taste
  • Pour in beaten eggs and stir thoroughly, and serve
