Tofu and Ham Pizza

A healthy, low-calorie option for a classic comfort food.
Soybeans contain vitamins, calcium, iron, and minerals to help clean the blood, build a healthy body, and prevent aging.   • 1/2 Firm Tofu
  • 2 slices of Ham
  • Some Basil
  • 1 Small Size of Pizza Sheet (Frozen Pizza Sheet is ok)
    For Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 Firm Tofu
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Some Pink Pepper


  • Drain the firm tofu for 20-30 minutes
  • Cut a half of tofu into 1 cm (0.39 inch) cubes
  • Cut ham into fine stripes
  • [Make a pizza sauce] Season the remaining tofu with 4 tbsp of mayonnaise, salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly
  • Spread plenty of the sauce onto a pizza base
  • Sprinkle on drained tofu and cut ham
  • Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with basil
  • Bake at 180℃ (350 F) oven for 5-8 minutes
  • Serve with pink pepper as desire
