  • 4 Pork loin
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 7.76 oz / 0.48 lb. of flour
  • 2 egg (Beaten Egg)
  • 1.41 oz / 0.89 lb. of Bread Crumbs
  • Salad Oil


  • Prick the pork evenly with the fork
  • Score the flesh with the knife
  • Sprinkle both sides evenly with salt and pepper
  • Dust with flour and shake off any excess
  • Dip in beaten egg
  • Thoroughly cover with breadcrumbs
  • Deep fry at 180℃ (350 F) cooking oil
  • When under side is golden brown, flip it over
  • Reduce the heat and thoroughly fry, and serve
