Nuts and Brown Rice Croquette

A delicious, vegan, way to get protein and fight disease.
Nuts contains lots of vitamin E, calcium, phosphorus, and iron to help enhance physical energy. The magnesium, niacin, and copper in peanuts may even help prevent heart disease.


  • 100g (3.53 oz / 0.22 lb.) Mix of Peanut, Walnut, and Brown Rice
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 Green Peppers
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1tbs of Flour
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tbs of Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup of Flour
  • 1 Egg (beaten egg)
  • 1 cup of Bread Crumbs
  • Little Water


  • Cook up the brown rice
  • Roughly chop peanuts and walnuts
  • Mince garlic, onions, green pepper, and carrot
  • In a frying pan, heat some virgin olive oil
  • Add the garlic, onions, carrot, and green peppers, and then stir fry
  • When the vegetables are soft, add 1 tbsp of wheat flour and continue stir frying
  • Add little water and stir frying until everything is cooked and tenderizing
  • Add chopped nuts and brown rice, and stir together
  • Season with little salt and pepper and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • Mix thoroughly
  • Remove from heat and let sit in a bowl until cool
  • Divide into 4 portions and shape it ovals
  • Dip each into flour and remove excess
  • Dip it into beaten egg
  • Thoroughly cover with breadcrumbs
  • Fry with 160℃ (320 F) cooking oil
  • Turn it slowly until golden brown, and serve
